This website is operated by Interval LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company doing business as Interval Swim. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. What this site is

Today, intervalswim.com is an informational landing page. We are not yet offering paid products or services through it. When we do, additional terms specific to those products will be posted and you will need to accept them at the point of purchase.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) attempt to access non-public areas, systems, or data; (c) probe, scan, or test the site's security; (d) impersonate any person; or (e) interfere with normal operation of the site.

3. Intellectual property

The site and all of its content, including the name “Interval Swim,” logos, text, and design elements, are owned by Interval LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the site without our written permission.

4. No warranties

The site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interval LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interval LLC and its members, officers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kenton County, Kentucky.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
