Refund Policy

Interval Swim is not yet selling products or services. When we launch, this page will describe the refund terms for each tier.

What the policy will look like

Monthly subscriptions. Cancel anytime. You will keep access through the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.

One-time data reports. Reports are delivered immediately and are final once generated. If a report is missing data or contains an error caused by us, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.

Annual school contracts. Refund terms will be specified in the individual contract.
