How Interval LLC, doing business as Interval Swim, handles information when you visit intervalswim.com.

1. What we collect today

intervalswim.com is a landing page. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social pixels. We do not set cookies. We do not ask you to create an account or submit personal information.

If you email contact@intervalswim.com, we will see your email address and whatever you write. We use that information only to reply.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our domain registrar log standard server-level information such as IP address and request timestamps as part of operating their infrastructure. We do not access those logs to identify or profile visitors.

2. What we will collect later

When the Interval Swim product launches, it will collect information necessary to operate the service. For example: account email, billing details (processed by Stripe), and the swimming data you choose to provide or that we ingest from publicly available results. A separate, more detailed privacy notice will be posted at that time, and you will be asked to review it before creating an account.

3. Children’s privacy

The Interval Swim product is built for competitive swimmers, including those under 13. We take the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any user under 13 without verifiable parental consent. This landing page does not collect information from any visitor, regardless of age.

4. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because we currently hold no personal information on visitors to this site, those rights do not have anything to act on today. Once the product launches, the full privacy notice will explain how to exercise these rights.

5. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top says when it was last revised.
